This is the true inventory of all the goods of Jhon
Dawson of Sutterby indented and made the 11^th day of
October in the year of our Lord God a thousand five hun
dred and 40 appraised by 4 indifferent persons
Firstly all his apparel belonging to him 6s. 8d.
Item that he had in his hands of money 20s.
Item a couple of prize oxen £10 6s. 8d.
Item one steer 8s.
Item 3 kine 30s.
Item 2 calves 4s.
Item a horse 10s.
Item 10 sheep 13s. 4d.
Item a featherbed 3s.
Item a mattress and 3 coverlets 3s.
Item 3 brass pots 6s. 8d.
